Tokayev urges nuclear powers to talks on 35th anniversary of Semipalatinsk closure

ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called on nuclear powers to engage in negotiations as Kazakhstan marked the 35th anniversary of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site closure and the International Day against Nuclear Tests.
